- All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card
- This offer is valid for stays from 1 January to 31 December, 2010 and reservations can be made 1 January to 31 December, 2010
- Confirmation by the Riads or its partners is subject to availability at time of reservation.
- Rates are in EURO per room/suite per night (single/double occupancy)
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% govt tax - In accordance with Moroccan Law, a Tourism and Residence tax of 28.60 Moroccan Dirham (MAD) per guest per night is applicable (Not applicable to infants and children below 12 years old).
- Extra bed where permitted at an additional cost of EURO 50 Nett rate per night
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 2:00 pm and before 11:00 am respectively
- Child Policy : Infant (below the age of 2) utilizing a cot will be provided free of charge. Child under 12 years sharing a room with parents and using existing bedding will stay free of charge. Extra bed request will be complimentary and subject to availability.
- Infants until aged 3, are not charged for baby cots, third person, and eats free.
- Dining – Children below 12 enjoy 50% off a la Carte food prices
- To fully guarantee your booking, a credit card authorization will be sent for your acknowledgement. It is MANDATORY that a signed copy is returned prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received by the Riads within 48 hours before the date of check-in and, no-shows, and early departures will be charged 100% of the package rate.
- Exception: peak season from 23 December to 5 January, 2010
- Cancellations made within 7 days to arrival date, no-shows and early departures will be charged at 100%
- cancellation fee on full stay and package price.
